SERVICING
Regular servicing and preventative maintenance can prolong the life of your bike and its components and help you get the most out of your bicycle. It can also identify any potential problems and safety issues which can avoid expensive bike repairs and ensure that you enjoy thousands of safe and trouble free miles on, or off-road.
The frequency of servicing will depend upon the type of bike, how often you cycle and the type of riding that you do.
CLEANING
All bikes must be suitably clean before we can diagnosis and rectify any problems. Nevertheless, we can offer a cleaning service at the mobile workshop which incurs an additional charge to the prices listed below, apart from the PREMIUM SERVICE, where it is included.
MINIMUM LABOUR CHARGE
We have a minimum labour charge of *£20 but this will be deducted when upgrading to a higher service level. Unless stated, all jobs exclude the cost of parts, but do include VAT.
*Service outwith the normal area may be provided by agreement, where a small mileage supplement will be requested.
DISCOUNTS
Children's and single speed bikes will benefit from a discount against the four service levels listed. In addition, quantity discounts will apply where more than two bikes from one customer require service at the same time.
ESTIMATES
The charges, listed, should be seen as a guide and you will be provided with an estimate for parts and labour then gain your approval before starting any work. On most occasions, an exact price will be provided before we begin, however, sometimes unforeseen essential work may arise, which will be agreed with you.
